Credit Cards  by 
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks  by 
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks and personal checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal checks please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We charge a $50 fee on all returned checks.

Multiple Product Orders  by 
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Other Conditions  by 
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Ambercare signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products  by 
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Returns  by 

At Ambercare, our goal is to ensure that you get the products that fit your needs and meet your expectations. Occasionally however, a customer may need to make a return. Please review our Return Policies below and submit an easy online Return Merchandise Authorization by logging on to your account.

 

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All returns must be authorized by Ambercare Medical Equipment prior to receipt. Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) can be easily submitted online by logging on to your account. Returns made without an RMA will result in no credit being issued. Issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee credit. Credit issuance is dependent on confirmed receipt of returned products and is subject to the other terms of this policy.

 

Return Procedure

After receiving an RMA, please include shipping paperwork in the package and ship back to the address provided. To receive full credit all items have to be in original, undamaged packaging and be suitable for restocking.  

 

Defective Products or Products Shipped in Error

Customer should notify Ambercare of any problems within two (2) business days of receipt.  If the product is defective, or the product shipped was not the product ordered, we will refund or replace the product with the correct/non-defective product. Defective or products shipped in error by Ambercare are freely returnable for full credit, provided that such returns are made within thirty (30) days of receipt.

 

Return Shipping

Unless Ambercare made an error, return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.  

 

Cancelled Orders

Orders cancelled after the product has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain a RMA number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of the item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee (minimum $25) will be applied.     

 

Unfortunately, the following conditions will not be considered for return.   

   -Products purchased more than 30 days prior to return request.

   -Special or custom products made to customer specifications or sold as non-returnable.

   -Products returned in non-original, altered or damaged packaging.

   -Packs broken, breached or damaged.
   -Bath safety equipment, commodes and mattresses are non-returnable.

Shipping Policy  by 
If you order before 5:00PM we will drop ship directly to your home that same day. Orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. All our orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, so you can expect to receive your shipment within 3-5 business days.  

We do not offer expedited or rush shipping. By keeping the choices simple, we can keep our prices low and still provide the very best products to our customers.

Taxes  by 
Ambercare charges applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of New Mexico. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors  by 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Ambercare shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Ambercare shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Ambercare will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
